Refund Policy

Refund Policy

PLEASE READ THE IMPORTANT REFUND INFORMATION BELOW – THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE REFUND POLICY

All requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing or by electronic email by the deadline(s) listed within this policy. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored.

In reference to Conferences or Campaigns, Letters and/or an email should be received or postmarked by no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the Conference or Campaign to receive a full refund of the registration fee (less an administrative fee of $50.00). Additionally, ALL Refund requests postmarked or emailed less than 30 days, but prior to 14 days from the start of the Conference or Campaign – will receive a 50% refund.

Request for refunds received within 14 days of the Conference or Campaign will not be considered.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 60 days of receipt of written notice of cancellation.

Payment Policy

Similar to other institutions of higher learning, payment in full is required prior to commencement of WBT© Foundation medical education (health and wellness) training, or retreat access. In conjunction with course confirmation, you will receive a WBT© Foundation invoice statement with payment due upon receipt. CE certificates will be withheld until payment in full is received. The acceptable methods of payment are checks, cashier’s checks, money orders or credit card. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars and must originate in the country requesting the training. No cash payments will be accepted!

  • eCheck (Bank Printed) – Company or personal checks; make checks payable to WBT© Foundation

  • Donor Advised Funding (DAF) - Payable donations and contributions to local Bank of America branch

Please Note: WBT© Foundation reserves the right to cancel any medical training course that does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement. Patients will be notified of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the Conference or Campaign start date.


General Refund Policies


WBT©WBT Campaign Space Payment/Refund Policy:

You will receive a contract at the time of reservation. The campaign will be held as Pending for 60 days after receipt of this contract. If payment is not received within 60 days of receipt of contract, the campaign will be marked Available and contract will be null and void. Regardless of purchase date, all campaigns and sponsorships must be paid in full 45 days prior to the start of the event.

Payment may be made by check (payable to WBT© Foundation) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). WBT© Foundation shall have the right to cancel booth space agreement at any time by written notice to the WBT© Foundation. In the event of such cancellation received up to 60 calendar days prior to the summit, WBT© shall refund 90% of booth space rental. WBT shall refund 50% of both space cost on cancellations received between 30-59 calendar days prior to the summit. No refund will be made on cancellations received within 29 calendar days of the summit. Under all circumstances, WBT© retains the right to resell any booth space cancelled by exhibitor. Eligible refunds will be processed within 60 days of receipt of written notice of cancellation. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail or regular mail to WBT© Foundation at:

WBT© Foundation Advertising/Marketing Payment/Refund Policy:

Full payment of advertising or marketing fees must be provided at the time of reservation. Payment may be made by check (payable to WBT© Foundation) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). Cancellation, refund or advertising change requests will not be accepted if received by WBT© after the published deadline for receipt of ad copy (or 30 days before the conference for web ads.) As of this published date, an ad is considered to be “in production.” Cancellation, refund or advertising change requests (deletions) will be accepted if received by WBT©, in writing, prior to the published deadline (or 30 days before the conference for web ads.) A $75 processing fee will be assessed. If a package was “reserved” and has not been paid by the published deadline, WBT© retains the right to cancel the package. Eligible refunds will be processed within 60 days of receipt of written notice of cancellation. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail or regular mail to WBT© Foundation at:

WBT© Foundation Sponsorship Payment/Refund Policy:

FOR DONATIONS

We are grateful for your donation and support of our foundation. Donations are normally nonrefundable, but if you have made an error in making your donation to our foundation please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment (See above method of payments). If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

We will honor your request for a refund made within 15 days of your donation.

To request a refund, All requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing or by electronic email by the deadline(s) listed within this policy. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored.

Recurring Donation Change or Stop Policy

To change or stop your monthly recurring giving, please call the WBT© Foundation Office at (972) 460-4171 at least 15 days prior to the stop date.

Recurring Donation Refund Policy

Donors have the option to give recurring donations. We will be able to refund the donation of the previous month only. (See Donation Refund Policy above)

Overpayment or Error Refund Policy

Where an error has been made by our organization or a banking facility which results in an overpayment being made, our organization may, in consultation with the donor, refund by either a credit of the overpayment to the donor, or alternatively by check for the full amount of the overpayment. Checks will be sent within 30 days to the donor’s on file address. Donors are responsible to report any change of address to the WBT© Foundation Office.

FOR SPONSORSHIP

You will receive a contract at the time of registration and payment approval. The sponsorship will be held as Pending for 60 days after receipt of this contract. If payment is not received within 60 days of receipt of contract, the sponsorship will be marked Available and contract will be null and void. Regardless of purchase date, all exhibits and sponsorships must be paid in full 45 days prior to the start of the event. Payment may be made by check (payable to WBT© Foundation) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). If notice of cancellation is made 150 calendar days before the first day of the summit, a refund less 50% of the contracted amount will be issued. If notice of cancellation is made less than 150 calendar days before the first day of the summit NO REFUND will be issued. Any reduction in sponsorship level will be treated the same as sponsorship cancellation and will be refunded accordingly. Eligible refunds will be processed within 60 days of receipt of written notice of cancellation. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail or regular mail to WBT© Foundation at:

Insurance and Liability Policy:

The exhibitor hereby assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, defend, indemnify and save the place of holdings (eg. Hotel), its owners, its operator, WBT© Foundation, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors and agents harmless against all claims, losses or damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by its installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or sue of the exhibition premises or a part thereof, excluding any such liability caused by the sole gross negligence of the place of holdings and its employees and agents.

The exhibitor shall obtain and keep in force during the term of the installation and use of the exhibit premises, policies of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance and Contractual Liability Insurance, insuring and specifically referring to the Contractual liability set forth in this exhibit agreement, in an amount not less than $2,000,000 Combined Single Limit for personal injury and property damage. The place of holding, its owners, its operator and WBT© Foundation shall be included in such policies as additional named insureds. In addition, the exhibitor acknowledges that neither the place of holdings, its owners, its operator, nor WBT© Foundation maintain insurance covering exhibitor’s property and that it is the sole responsibility of thee the exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance insuring any losses by the exhibitor.

Force Majeure

  • If WBT© Foundation is prevented from carrying out its obligations as it pertains to the Conference or Campaign you registered for as a result of any cause beyond its control, or such Conference or Campaign cannot be held or does not occur due to acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or regulations on travel, hotel or facility availability, commodities or supplies, war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”) WBT© Foundation will refund the cost of registration. However, WBT© Foundation does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging. Refunds will be processed within 60 days of notification.
  • If the Conference is postponed due to a Force Majeure occurrence before the first day of the Conference, then WBT© Foundation will reschedule the affected Conference, if and as practical under the circumstances, and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled Conference. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled Conference, then you may transfer registration fee you paid, upon written notification to WBT© Foundation management, towards another WBT© Foundation Conference, which is scheduled to held within 18 months from the date of the affected Conference. WBT© Foundation reserves the right, at its discretion, to approve or deny such registration fee transfer requests. If there is a difference in the registration fees between the affected Conference and the alternative Conference, the difference in the registration fees will be charged or refunded, as applicable, on the credit you used to register for the affected Conference.
